Structure Features:

Mechanical seals of the HG9 are single face, unbalanced rubber bellow structure. Rectangular seats with rubber cup, available ex stock in three fitting dimensions: G60(DIN24960), G50(Euro standard, mainly metric), G55(us-standard, mainly inch-based), and fine floating adjustability, and length adaptability due to varying spring lengths, and compact one-piece bellows unit with fixed seal face, ensures optimum installation and operation. Technically approved by leading international pump manufacturers.

 

Sub-materials of friction and auxiliary materials should be selected according to operation condition.

 

Sealed Medium: Cold and hot water, beverages, suspensions.

Pressure in the sealed chamber: Less than 0.8Mpa

Temperature in the sealed chamber: -20~140 centigrade

Linear velocity: Less than 10m/s.
