Jaw Crusher Working Principle:
Jaw Crusher is driven by the electric motor though belt and belt pulley to make the movable jaw plate up and down by the help of eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate comes down, the angle between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate becomes small, the material in the space between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate (crushing chamber) will be pressed, crooked and crushed. However, when the movable jaw plate comes up, the angle becomes large, and the material will go down by the gravity. Each cyclical motion of the movable jaw plate will get the material crushed one time and fall down a little. Eventually, the material is broke into the expected particles and then discharged after certain motion
