1. Brief introduction of Roll Crusher
Roll Crusher (or Roller Crusher) is used for middle crushing and fine crushing of all kinds of ores and rocks under mid-hardness in mine, chemical industry, cement, building materials and other industrial sections. This crusher has simple structure and can be operated conveniently. Ideal product size depends on adjusting space between two rollers.
 
2. Working principle 
 Roll Crusher is made up of two cylindrical rolls which are installed horizontally.  The two rolls rotate in different directions, materials fall on top of the rollers and enter crushing chamber under the action of roll surface friction to be crushed by the rollers, and the final product is discharged from outlet.  The crushing process is continuous.  The crusher has strong discharging force, so even wet materials can also be discharged.  
 
3. Features and benefits
 
  1.   The two rolls force the particle between their rotating surface into the ever smaller gap area, and it fractures from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rolls.
  2.  Some major advantages of roll crushers are they give a very fine product size distribution and they produce very little dust or fines.
  3.  Coal plants will use roll crushers, either single roll or double roll, as primary crushers, reducing the ROM coal. Usually, these crushers will have teeth or raised forms on the face of the roll.
 
4. Structure:
 
consists of the housing, rolls, deep tooth gear and safety spring, also has double motors and double belts to drive. V-belt drives two rolls to rotate in opposite direction by motors and finish material crushing. Space of rolls can be adjusted within certain range to control discharging size.
