JM36 series are the frame-type welded steel body which features complete tempering, good rigidity and no angular distortion. The body is clamped one time by CNC processing center with high precision. JA36 series are closed separate frame structure. The body is tightened by draw bar with beam and worktable, and is accomplished after tempering. The body features high strength, high precision and easy transportation, etc.
The slide block is welded by steels and adopts foursquare octahedral high-precision guide way. The guide way surface has the wear-resisting plate and can guide precisely. Oil overload protecting device is installed in the slide block; the die set height is controlled electrically and the height is shown on the display in front of the slide block. The precision of the height can reach 0.1mm. It is safe, convenient and reliable.
Automatic lubrication system is adopted between the gap block and the guide way which is at a fixed time, location and quantity. The fueling can be more convenient and reliable.
The electrical control parts are mainly the components of Schneider, Siemens and so on. This machine adopts the combination of cam controller and encoder to control the signaling and make the operation of the machine tool safer and more reliable. We adopt PLC which contains the function of crankshaft display and trouble hint, and features easy maintenance and low time consumption.
This machine adopts safety double valve which is quick-witted and reliable. The controlling of clutch and brake is safe. The two points of Air-powered double valve and PC machine control the two coils of the double valve to ensure the safety.
