This soap production line, use soap partials as raw material, the capacity 300-500kg/h, can produce all kinds of laundry soap, transparent soap. After mixing, grinding, vacuum extruding, cutting, can produce fatty acid content in the 40-60% of low and medium high-grade soap, transparent soap. This line adopt double layer, vacuum extruder, make the soap density close, difficult to dry. Soap dimension, weight and pattern can make according to your detailed requirement.
