DONGBAO Polymer gasket seal glue (gray)

 

Features:

This product is one-component liquid polymer sealant. Curing at the room 
temperature, easy to be used, curing with good sealing, and the resistance 
of shocking and impacting, widely used on sealing automobiles, motorcycles, 
machinery and chemical machinery and equipment with extra gasket. It is a 
neutral non-corrosive glue, with the good resistance with oil, water, acid-base and and the chemical  solvent. It can work in the temperature range from -40 ℃ to +200 ℃ .

 
 

Usages:

Can be used on sealing the Automobile, motorcycle engine oil, cylinder block, 
cylinder head, gearbox, hydraulic equipment, water pumps, oil pumps, flanges 
and thread etc..

 
 

Applications:

This product can be widely used on the resistance of heat, high-temperature, 
moisture, acid-base, oil, and shock of many kinds of mechanical ' s 
sealing and caulking, etc., to prevent the leakage os the water, gas and oil .

 
 

Methods of Usage:

1.To make sure the needed sticking surface clean and dry.

2.The glue evenly coated on the sealing surface, combined with the gasket.

3.10 ~ 20 minutes later, make it tight follow the instruction .

 
 

Notes:

1.Store in a cool, ventilated place, tighten the plastic cap after use.

2.This product flammable, should be far away from fire and heat.

3.Can be stored at room temperature for one year, if partial curing, the uncured 
part still can be used.
