TST Conveyor-Belt Steel-Cord Detection (Fixed Station) System provides a new technological means to safeguard mining shaft and tunnel transportation. ‘EM Variable Compensating Sensor’, ‘Synchro-Self-Balance Magnetization Technology’ and ‘Full-dimension Magnetic Inducing Bridge’ are used for the first time. Each working unit is certified with Flam-proof or Intrinsically Safe ( I.S.), fixed to an easy installation place and automatically worked together with production belt. The other features like unmanned running mode, automatically store and display detection information showing in the diagram, acousto-optic alarms, and automatically detect abnormal status of wire rope, such as over-limit displacement of splicing joint, broken core, local bending, fatigue and other defects.
