Using NaY as the raw material, REUSY is made through such a series of processes as rare earth treatment, ammonium salt treatment, hydrothermal ultrastabilization and chemical dealumination and silicon reinsertion. It is not only the main active component of catalytic cracking catalysts, but can also be employed in hydrocracking catalyst.
