Installation of magnetostrictive liquid level sensor:
1. Installation method (Flange):
This kind of method used in most of the fluid container measurement, can choose vendors flange (or user's special customized flange), first directly screwed the level sensor in the installation hole of flange plate, and then fixed the connecting flange on the fluid container.
2. Installation method (Apply to open cans measurement):
This method is applicable to open cans measurement, can fixed Level sensor in the appropriate location through our company provide mounting kit
FJ-1 (sensor stents and lock nut accessories).

Be caution of magnetostrictive liquid level sensor:
1. The level sensor power supply requirement: + 24 V DC &plusmn; 10%, to each sensor current output must be larger than 150 mA;
2. The liquid level sensor shielded cable can not wiring to high power electrical equipment, high voltage cables and strong electromagnetic radiation place, etc.;
3. Cable shielding line must be kept in good condition without break line, and grounding.
