Over view 

 

TranSolar® heat transfer fluid is specially designed for the solar water heating (SWH) industry. Its exclusive and highly efficient inhibitor with Anti Corrosion protection provides the freeze protection for all types of SWH systems where freezing temperatures’ are proven to exist in any country worldwide.

 

Chemical Composition

 

TranSolar® heat transfer fluid is composed of food grade, 1.2 propylene glycol, polyhydric alcohols, water and TranSolar® exclusive inhibitors (silicate, phosphate and borate free).

TranSolar® heat transfer fluid meets the EU and USA regulations on product performance and environment protection.

 

Specification

 

With many countries worldwide encountering freezing at certain times of the year, from as low as maybe -5c to -30-40c the amount of fluid mixed with water will vary greatly.

Our Concentrated fluid (TS-CO1) is specified for professional installers only and is recommended to be mixed with deionised or distilled water to achieve long lasting results.

Subject to the dilution mix of the fluid and water, the freezing point is -60c and the boiling point is 150c for standard fluid or 220c for high temperature.
