The Capacity and Usage
Yida GGZL-40A2 steel bar direct thread rolling machine is the special machine for the reinforcing bar straight screw thread connection, it is mainly used in the processing of contractual reinforcing bar.
GGZL-40A2 steel bar direct thread rolling machine can make the reinforcing bar straight screw thread in one time and the screw thread is more smooth and normative with easy operation and reliable work. The rolling head only has to adjust once when it process one kind of the reinforcing bar which make the operation process more sample and overcomes the disadvantage of the complex operation of the ordinary straight screw thread machine. It can improve the efficiency to the 2 or 3 times and the range of the processing is 16mm to 40mm
Cutting: The end of the reinforcement bar is sawn square.
Threading: An ISO standard metric thread.
