  The semiconductor side of pump laser marking machine is also often referred to as the semiconductor side-pumped YAG laser marking machine or a diode side-pumped YAG laser marking machine. Semiconductor marking machine use semiconductor laser diode-pumped Nd: YAG medium of 808nm wavelength, and the medium produced a large number of inverted particles which formed giant pulsed laser output of 1064nm wavelength under the action of Q switching, so the electro-optical conversion is efficient. Through the computer-controlled galvanometer mirror, the laser beam can change the optical path, thus to realize the automatic marking.
