Principle of work:
When Computer-controlled printing pin moves along the tracking set by the software in the X-Y two-dimensional, while the marking pin impacting at a high frequency on the wok-piece under the action of compressed air, thus on the workpiece printing out formal and beautiful markings. It uses WINDOWS operating system, whose software editing function is very powerful, because it can edit any required characters and graphics, and it is easy to learn and to master. The host machine structure is designed originally by the Dreams-laser Company, which has luxury appearances, lifting post bed structure. This device can be used widely: removing the rotating head, it can be used as a standard pneumatic marking machine. The rotating head use stepper motor for NC, and use a standard clamping chuck for convenient work-piece clamping and positioning. To achieve markings on the circumference of the workpiece, the three-dimensional verbatim marking and two-dimensional marking are optional.
