High degree of automation: The serial number is printed by the printer automatically, which needs no hand input, and the same as date printing. So it can reduce manual mistakes, and also improve product marked reliability and efficiency.
Adjustable Print position: Through software preview and alignment functions, it is quick and accurate to move the printed content to the appropriate location. This machine is all-function, it can play plane workpiece and super-play large circumference.
Applications: The printed workpiece’s diameter can be up to 300mm (workpiece out of this range can be customized), which suits for various cylindrical workpiece, such as flanges and fittings. According to the computer control software, the needle moves as the presetting strokes in the two-dimensional plane, while the compressed gas pressing the steel needle to do high-frequency shock motion, thereby marking artistic character patterns on the objects.
