3U TSP series polycrystalline is produced under high temperature and pressure conditions by using diamond grains and binder that is inert to diamond. The thermal expansion coefficient of the binder is close to diamond, so the heat resistance temperature of TSP series is high. 3U TSP series has better thermal stability, higher impact strength and better wear resistance. As TSP series' wear ratio is from 30, 000 to 100, 000, so it can meet the needs of stratigraphic drilling in more complex geological conditions, such as oil drilling, geological exploration and little gauge polycrystalline for drills. TSP series has higher wear resistance and is much cheaper than natural diamond. It can be applied to various drilling tools and geological requirements for its diversity, triangle, square, rectangular, cylindrical and so on.
