  RB2 is a professional facility for glass thermal bending process, it can conduct all types of sizes of glass bending process. It is widely used at automobile, architecture, bullet-proof glass industries etc.
  This furnace contains heating part, cooling part and electric control part. In the middle section there is one heating room, two cooling rooms and there are two rails under the furnace. On the top of the rails, there are two movable glass wagons.
   Thermal bending process of glass is finished through glass wagon heating in heating room. The top of heating room is made by the section steel and thermal steel plate, there is a 250mm in thickness of silicon aluminum layer to keep warm; at bottom of it there are thermal elements and its control device fixed at side of heating room. There are three heating sections. In heating section there are far infrared ray heating pipe which can be controlled automatically and also controlled by manual. There are 50 pcs heating pipe in vertical and 10pcs in horizontal and each pipe is divided into three parts.
There are also equipped with thermal proof layer on top and side of cooling room. There is a venting and heating element on top.
