Facilities produced by our plant mainly use shaving, sawdust and other waste materials to produce wood shaving pier. Through the drying, mixing glue sizing,

and heating process, the pier is smooth, waterproof and strong enough to bear the force for nails.

 

We can make the mold according to the size and specifications required by customers. The production is fumigatio -free and inspection-free.

 

The cost for this facility is less than 1/3of the ordinary plate machine, due to the special process theory. And the production is shining, smooth and waterproof.

This cushion has the diameter 18 to 28mm vertical heart garden hole according to the different specification,

conforms to the European Tray Association the loadbearing wooden block' s manufacture instrument of ratification stipulation,

which is made by the wooden dregs board (the loadbearing wooden block specification 100mm*145mm diameter not to be able
