　　Normal filling, bottle-flush, sealing are in one machine, we have collected the advices from the clients again and again for many years, foreign advanced technology has been used for reference, then we developed the new equipment independently, which conforms to the requirements of different bottle-type filling in one machine, mechanical handle adopts the suspension type blocking bottle-neck, which is convenient and rapid to change bottle type. It is mainly used in normal pressure filling, flush, sealing of no gas beverage, such as mineral water, pure water.

　　The main structure and features of equipment:

　　18 sets of blocking bottle and mechanical handle are for flush, the bottle is equipped with rotary seal and inner & outer flush, back water mechanism. Filling valves are 18 each.

　　One set of capper-arranger is used for arranging cappers.

　　Magnetic reverse all-gear screwing heads are 6, when the torque force is more than preset magnetism, the screwing heads will slip automatically, in order to ensure the tight screwing but without destroying cappers.

　　4 bottle-pushing security device, and additional buzzer alarm. No bottle and no filling, no sealing.

　　The host machine adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation control technology.

　　Import, high efficiency and clean air filter can ensure that airflow conveys cappers which can conforms to the sanitary requirements.
