Main motor device:AC motor with converter works as material transfer.They make a steady and rapid progression by acceleration and deceleration.

Rewinding power part:A rewinding motor works with magnetic,they realize clutch taper tension control.The main motor is for tension control so that the finished products have stable tension and beautiful outlook.

Product rewinding part:Pneumatic shaft,3-inch diameter and 6 sheets.

Electric unit

10.4inch LCD touch panel is used for setting tension,length,etc.The control system adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC to control movements with self-detection function,so error can be found out easily.

Unwind device:Separate unwind base for bigger unwind diameter.
