General Descriptions:
1. the Computer Controlled GRP Cylinder Four Axis Winding Machine adopts two shafts; it is able to wind two pieces different GRP cylinders with DN 30-600mm and Length less than 3000mm at the same time.
2. the frame adopts gantry type. the headstock adopts two axis chucks to clamp the shafts and winding cylinder; the tail of tailstock adopts two chucks with pneumatic cylinder to clamp the shafts and winding cylinder.
3. the Computer Controlled GRP Cylinder Winding Machine adopts four axis winding; four axis winding means (1) rotation of main shaft; (2) reciprocating moving of trolley; (3) stretching of nozzle; (4) rotation of nozzle.
4. the machine adopts servo motor and servo driver imported from Japan.

It is computer controlled; the winding diameter, width of roving, winding angle, winding speed, stationery angle at the two ends, layers of hoop/cross winding can be put into computer in compliance with the requirement of the winding process; Accuracy of draw-fiber is ±0.01mm; Speed of draw-fiber is 0-80 meters/min; winding angle is 0-90°.
