Introduction of clean bench
Clean bench is a kind of air purification equipment, which is to create no-dust and aseptic working environment, and the air polluted will be discharged by people through the special passageway, avoid the destroy produced by human and environment, which is the safe and clean bench for microorganisms, which also can be used in biology laboratories, health treatment and sanitary, biological pharmacy and so on, which is greatly beneficial to the technology improvement, operators’ health, quality improvement and finished-product ratio.

Temperature: 5℃∽35℃;
Relative humidity: less than or equal to 85% (+35℃);
Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa∽106 kPa;
Maximum dust density: 3500 pieces/L(diameter of dust particles is no less than 0.5μm, 1300 grade);
Structure features of clean bench
Clean bench is consisted of chassis, high-efficiency filter, air-conveying unit with various air volume, medium-efficiency filter, bench, extinction electrostatic ion gun and so on. The chassis is made from thin steel panel, the surface is paint-drying. The table-board of working area is made of stainless steel, the table-board is mobile, which is convenient to clean.
The bench is controlled directly, there is the fan switch, lighting switch, extinction electrostatic ion switch, all the above can control the equipment directly.
Operation principle
The clean bench is a kind of partial air purification equipment with vertical non-return flow type.
The air in working area gets through the front and back two-side return air inlet, sucked into medium-efficiency filter and then enters into static pressure box, after filtrated by air conveying high efficiency filter blow away from air outlet, which can cause clean air current. The clean water will flow by working area at the speed of certain section , and then form the high clean working environment.
Installation regulation
1.The clean bench should be placed in clean workshop or the cleaner environment.
2. The place of installation should be far away from the dust source and vibration source.
3. In the opening box of clean bench and installation, it should be handled with care, avoid crash or cross fall.
4. Before start, read operation manual carefully.
Use operation
1. After installation, check all the parts whether normal or not, before start working, liquor should be used to clean thoroughly.
2. Check the power plug whether reliable or not, when plugged into the socket.
3. Open the power switch, the indicator light is on, press the buttons of increase and decrease of fan, then the fan will start.
4. Don’t put anything in the air-suction inlet or on the air-suction inlet, avoid the case that when the air-suction reduces, it would affect other products’ performance.
5. When the resistance of high-efficiency filter is more than 200pa or less than 0.3m/s, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced.
Maintenance
When check it, please take off the power plug.
In order to keep the technology performance of clean bench, the primary setting of equipment, daily operation and maintenance are very important. If these items are ignored, the equipment performance will reduce, which will make the clean bench operate under the poor condition.
1. Sealing
The clean bench adopts structure of positive pressure pollution area surrounded by negative pressure area.
2. Moreover, before sterilize the bench with methanal steaming, avoid the methanal leakage, we should use soap bubble to seal the whole machine firstly.
3. We should measure the air speed regularly(every two months, if it dosn’t conform to the requirements of technology parameters, we can regulate the voltage of electricity supply.
4. When the voltage of fan is the maximum value, the air speed still can not reach the requirements of technology parameters, we must change the air-conveying high-efficiency filter, meanwhile, change the air-outlet high-efficiency filter. After that, we should use dust particles counter to check the sealing whether good or not, if there is the leakage, we should need sealants to block.
5. No need of special maintenance for fan, but suggested that there should be a regular examination.
