The equipment of aerated concrete is based on type of raw material, quality and technical data of the main equipment and so on, using unique process for production. The full set of production line include cutting machine, fixed casting machine, mobile casting machine, ball mill (dry, wet), autoclave, mold frame, mold plate, steam curing cars, auto Spreader, automatic fixture, jaw crusher and other parts.
Spreader and the Mold are the necessary configure of the accessory equipment of producing aerated concrete, which can be reused. Spreader has two kinds which Auto and General, their are matched with dual-beam two-lane, used for stripping, lifting the machine body.
Mold plate: It is welded and rimmed by square steel, capped with 8mm thick steel plate to strengthen steel and prevent deformation to damage the mold body.
Mold frame : there are movable and integral. The double hollow sides protect the heat, andthe inside is made of 10mm thick steel plate welded together to increase their rigidity, prevent deformation, and extend on working life. Specification (before cutting blank dimension): 4.15m × 1.24m × 0.65m.
