Trade Terms:

1. Payment tems: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, Paypal, MoneyGram 

2. Leading terms: 8-10 working days for 10,000meters upon receipt of the deposit(signed contract).

3. Sample terms: regular types can be available within 3-4 working days, free for quantity under 2meters, freight collect. 

4. Shipping terms: EXW, FOB Shenzhen, FOB other city (China mainland).

5. Favorable terms: discounts are offered based on order quantities more than 30,000meters per time.

6. Preferential terms: old customers enjoy priority to be informed of the new products.

Remarks:

Before order placing,please make sure to confirm the below details with us,especially for those which will affect the final strips price:

1. FPC color and width: BN,WH or BK; 8MM,10MM, 12MM or 14MM.

2. IP grading: IP20, IP65, IP67 or IP68.

3. Glue and PVC material: Epoxy or Silicon glue; PVC or Silicon glue.

4. 3M double adhesive tap option: Brown or white color.

5. Connectors: electric wire, DC plug, male/female connector,etc.(see below "Connectors" chart)

6. Color,especially for the white color(WW,DW,PW or CW, see below detailed CCT value and chart).

7. Label and Packing:our usual packing and label or special design.

 

Warranty policy:

Lingzhi Company (hereafter refer to as "We") provide 2 years warranty for the flex of our customers, any defects products due to our responsibilities can be repaired or replaced freely.

Tips should be noticed to this policy:

1.Buyers should confirm the products quantity within 3 working days since receipt of the goods,any wrong quantity problems must to be submitted to our company timely together with the signed contract or PI, for any quantity complaints will not be accepted overdue the regulated 3 working days.

2.The covered defective goods are only resulted from the materials or workmanship for a period of 3 threes from the date of purchasing.For any determined defective products shall be repaired or replaced freely at buyers options.

3.The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God,accident,misuse,abuse,

negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product. 

4.The warranty also does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply.

5.This warranty gives you specific legal rights,and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. 

6.Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the customer.

7.Only Lingzhi has the right to change, amend or modify the terms of this Limited Warranty.

8.Any such change, amendment or modification of this clause without prior notice.
