Type machine is the machine that turn the raw material coal powder into briquette.at the process of production ,all change the product subject's shape,size,relative position and nature etc,make it become finished or semi-finished product process called  technology process. Type coal is composed of powder coal ,water,binder,etc, after the appropriate product,through processing then can become a type coal .type coal equipment at the prosses or production ,the skill depends on the blew factors:

2.the indicate demands of combustion  performance:already molded coal ,the type coal equipment demands should be achieve the regulations calorific value .the civil type coal's calorific value common regulation it is 18-20MJ/Kg.because different quality of the raw material coal ,there is different calorific value,so there is demands that should send coal at the type coal skill processing.send coal should be the first program at the production processing . 

 

3.the demands of the pressure of mold  should add the mixture material with the binder ,the pressure of mold not less than 20-30MPa.  It's  not benefits when The pressure ball machine's pressure too much or too little 

 

4.the typical civil type coal's production process of powder coal process is determined by the technology of type coal .
