Coal rod squeeze machine is a main equipment at the system of fuel forming,it make the fuel powder squeeze into a coal rod that have the certain strength (the shape can various according to the demands ,used to instead of the lump coal ,send it into the gas making boiler ,it can make a great use of coal powder ,reduce the  fuel cost .

This machine use the variable pitch impeller ,put the coal powder at the cylinder behind to the front ,after the volume of the coal powder were compress at the cylinder ,through the cole of the  machine's head compress out ,molding a coal rod ,the shape of the hole can be different .the coal rod will be break naturally when it in the press.

 The head machine's coal rod exit use the replaceable wear-resisting alloy steel,easy to change  . The head machine use hinge joint form,when exam and repair open ,easy to change the inner impeller and scaleboard.
