Working Principle
Liquid with gas from enter flows around whole cool down filter , when this liquid touched damping cylinder ,the gas in liquid rose to shell inside of cool down filter .With the increasing of gas ,the pressure in the shell is lifting .The pressure of surface of liquid is droping ,meanwhile, float ball is sinking.Opening valve,gas which was accumulated in shell start to exhaust by valve.After a certain amount of this gas , the pressure in cool down filter begin to drop ,and at the same time float ball is rising and driving the link to close the valve. At this moment , the impurities in filtering liquid is filtered by filtering net.Finally, clean liquid toward flowmeter. As these steps repeat again and again, the impurities and gas in liquid are filtered ,exhausted continuous . And for guaranteeing flowmeter to measure a long-term under safety and accuracy circumstanses.
