Bimetallic barrel means to melt bimetallic alloy about a layer in 3-8mm thickness inside of barrel. so that the barrel will be more wear-resistant , corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, the lifetime will be longer than nitriding one. It will give better performance to engineering plastic , fluorine plastic, PPO, and etc.
We used own mixtured alloy powder to make bimetallic screw. For different purpose, we use different method of bimetallic spraying to make.
We lead the production of tungsten carbide bimetallic barrel and screw in China. The tungsten carbide is contented on 35%. It is so better to produce some products should content 50% fiber and rebuilt plastic materials, the liftetime of screw and barrel will be prolonged so much.

Normally it used to produce glasses, transparent shell, transparent acrylic, nylon, PVC, PC, PPA, PPO, PPS, PA6T, LCP, ABS fire-resistant, pc + glass fiber, nylon+glass fiber, magnet powder, ceramic powder, aluminum powder, iron powder, electric injection moulding machines. .
