The biogas parameter before being treatment:
Biogas flow:40 Nm3/hr. H2S component:80000ppm(8%).
Pressure:5-10kpa. Temprature:ambient temprature.
The required biogas parameter after being purified:
H2S component:200-400ppm(0.02%-0.04%).
Pressure: ≥3kpa.
Purification degree:
Impurity Granularity≤50μm.Impurity component: ≤30mg/Nm3
Temprature:ambient temprature.
The total requirment for desulfurication technology:
The total removal rate of sulpur: ≥99.7%;
The total removal amount per year:4.5T/Year(4000 hours).
The Parameter index of Desulfutizer used:
1. Exchange period of Desulfutizer is 1000 hours(about 3 months).
2. When two towers or above technology is adopted and the biogas compnent is under 400mg/m3,the sulpur working capacity can reach 30%.
3. 1500kg desulfutizer will be needed every time and 4000kg desulfutizer will be needed every year.
