Testing Results and Suggestion
■ No blistering and rusting at all on both panels.
■ The performance are both well under the same condition on both salt spray test and salt water immerging test.
■ But as it is in Alkyd resin, the test in longer Salt spray time was bad on both of the panel.
■ WD-H-803 could totally replace red lead without changing formulation.

After surface treatment on granule of the powder, it enhances the binding power between the pigments and metal. On the other hand, because of the nanometer size of the powder, it enhances the cohesion of the film and low down the permeability. Finally it stops the hydrone and oxyen to corrade the surface of metal.
