APPLICATION
• Used as quality improver ,water retentive agent in the process of meat product, fruit juice drinks, beer, dairy products etc. tender the meat and enhance glutinosity of ham and canned foods ,increase weight and keep fresh of seafoods, prevent protein from curds and sedimentation of dairy products ,prevent drinks from oxidation ,change color, decomposition of Vitamin C ,adjust the quality and intensify function of soybean albumen ,soften the scarfskin of horsebean and fruit vegetable, also used as softener and densifier agent .
