4.      Vacuum and adsorbed transmitting cardboard equipment, with airflow control.

5.      Glue and upper roller are designed to groups guide slippage. Load and unload are convenient and efficient.

6.      The upper corrugating, pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control.

7.      The axle of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature grease to lubricate.

8.      Adopt electric paste insulation configuration. The glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped, in order to prevent paste from drying up. (chose to install )

9.      Electric adjusted figure show the glue duality or manual adjust the glue quality.

10.  The upper-lower corrugating rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The rigidity is HRC58-60 º, the surface are whetted and plating chrome.
