The advantage of the serve rotary injection machine
1. Main motor is driven by inter gear pump of the serve motor, it adjusts constantly according to the feedback from the test of the pressure and flow system, it can preserve the numerical setup at a very accurate situation.
2. The rotary platen is controlled by independent server motor, it has high positioning accuracy as 0.002 degree. The speed of the rotary platen can be adjusted freely, it can move more stable by the control of server motor, the production efficiency can be improved 30% to 50%.
3. Computer is using the newest human-computer interface by Omron from Japan, it can control the output torque & rotating speed accurately by server motor. It achieves to control the closed loop of the pressure & flow during the working of the injection machine.
