If users carry out vulcanization technics according to referred parameters, the pulling intensity of the belt can be 90% comparing with the original one, not only the belt joints are smooth, but it’s almost the same with the original belt, and meanwhile it will weaken the abrasion to rollers, furthermore it can prolong the service life of conveyor and conveyor belt.

5. Time for vulcanization and heat preservation should be adjusted according to belts’ rigidity; 
6. The belt splicing length is relied on putting together of the vulcanizers;
