Ball Mill Working Principle:
There is stair liner plate or ripple liner plate and different sizes of balls in the chamber. When the materials get into the chamber, in order to prevent the difficulty of launching, the auxiliary engine should be launched. This process is known as jilt grinding. Well??the balls in the chamber will be put up by the centrifugal force of the drum's rotating. After the equal distribution of the materials over the chamber, they will get trumped and grinded by the falling balls from certain height. Then, the grinded materials pass the discharge device.
