Raymond Mill Working Principle:
First, when the materials get into the grinding chamber, they will be scooped by the scraper knife to the space between rollers and rings. They should be grinded into powder under the pressure of rollers and rings. After that, the powder materials will be blowed by the blast blower into the analyzer. The powder materials which have met the fineness requirement pass the analyzer and enter into the cyclone separator to be collected dividedly. While, the materials which have not met the fineness requirement will be returned to the grinding chamber for being regrinded.
Raymond Mill Characters:
(1) The vertical structure covers relatively small area, and is quite systematic. It is a whole system from rough processing of the materials to the powder processing and the final packing.
(2) Its sieve rate is as high as 99%, which is much higher than other grinding machines'.
(3) Its host transmission device is made of sealed gear box and pulleys to make sure of stable and reliable operation.
(4) Its electric system is centralized control. It is available the grinding workshop works with nobody. Besides, it is easy to be maintained.
