Control System
This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable and it could press at one time, welding repeatedly.

Main Engine
The hopper device is controlled by step motor; brake motor wheels.

Mesh Pulling Part
The mesh pulling system controlled by step motor adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

Mesh Aperture
It’s easy to regulate the mesh holes and mesh size is rather accurate. Welding aperture can adjust randomly within range-The longitude wires can be adjustable and cross wire distance can be adjustable according to input the data what you want. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft wires randomly on the same piece of wire mesh sheet.

Transformer
This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which has 8-gear, enlarging the welding range. Every eight welding electrodes need a water cooling transformer.

Power Voltage
The machine welds wire by supporting temporary current, so it requires electricity. We can design the machine according to the power voltage in your country.
