TM-Type automatic intermittent lubrication pump is comprised of a mini control unit and a worm-gear reduction mechanism. When power supply is connected, this lubrication system will realize automatic intermittent lubricant replenishment.
According to different ranges of discharge volume, the products are divided into two adjustable specs, one is from 1cm3 /cy to 3cm3 /cy, the other is from 2cm3 /cy to 6cm3 /cy.
Intermittent period is specified as 2, 6, 10, 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes.

a. Please clear lubricant away from the reservoir before transportation and storage.
b. Take care when transporting and carrying it, avoid strike or excessive pressure.
c. Store it indoor with ambient temperature between -15ºC and 55ºC. Store it in packing box to prevent dust.
7. Discharge volume adjustment instructions
Discharge volume adjustment
is realized by attaching the E- E-ring
ring to the shaft at the indicated
graduation notch. The difference
between every two neighboring E-ring
notches is 0.5 cm3 /cy.
