RPC Coppering Steel Fiber for fiber reinforced Concrete

Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is made of fine quartz sand ,mill quartz powder, cement, silica fume, super plasticizer and micro steel fiber,RPC has ultra high strength,high durability and good bulk stability,mainly used in domestic passenger-only railway's sidewalk, crash barrier, municipal manhole cover, railway precast super low beam ,arch bridge.  

 

We manufacture steel fiber according to customer requirement,  length from 5mm to 13mm, Diameter from 0.175mm to 0.23mm.

 

Our Coppering micro steel fiber have been used for many projects,  military project ,Qinghai-Taibet railway, xiangyu secon line, Zhengxi Passenger-only raiway and so on.

 

Specification: 

Diameter is between 0.18mm to 0.25mm. 

Length is 5-13mm. 

Tensile Strength is >2850MPa.

Aspect ratio:35-100 

According to the Standard of JG/T 3064-1999 Steel Fiber Concrete, YB/T 151-1999 Steel Fiber for Concrete and ASTM A820-90 Steel Fiber for The Fiber Concrete.

 

Package: 

We can provide package according to our customers’ specifications. Can be packed in one-layer of plastic and two-layer paper bags or boxes. The weigh is 25kg per carbon, or per customers request.
