PMMA Electrical Sheet Extrusion Line

ABS/PMMA Board Extrusion Line:Applicant: bathtub, shower cubicle, sauna room, wash basin, etc. This machine is special for bath room board with thick and thin thickness. Linear cutting and transverse cutting is equipped for clients’ special requirement.
PC/ABS, TPO, ABS Extrusion Line:Applicant: car inner decoration, instrument panel and car door panel, etc; all kinds of bags.

The line consists of extruder, hydraulic screen changer, T-die, 3-roller calender, cooling frame, haul-off, cutter and rewinder etc. It’s mainly used to produce PP/PE/ABS/PET/EVA/PVC plastic sheet/plates with thickness as 0.2-50mm, width below 2500mm. The final products are applied in the field of construction decoration, sanitary ware, inside decoration of automobile, packaging container and stationery etc.
