To get reasonable structure and artistic appearance, NOMEX paper from DVPONT Co. and advanced VPI (vacuum pressure impregnation) technology are both used for the products.
It owns the advantage such as weatherproof, no pollution, safe operation under high temperature, low partial charge and noise, ideal dissipation of heat, higher capability of overload. It is the new generation of dry transformer for the environmental protection. 5. Stronger withstanding short-circuit capability :
VPI process is carried out for H.V. &L.V. coils and pre-pressing device such as disc spring and silicon rubber is put on the end of coils to strengthen the mechanical strength for both coils and product, which improves its withstanding short-circuit capability.

The whole product is coated with H grade insulation lacquer twice. Lacquer film has the good adhesion, mechanical strength and insulation performance without cracking. Therefore, it is weatherproof such as moisture, fog and dust, particularly in serious pollution.
