Payment Terms
1. We accept payments made by T/T, L/C
2. You can also make payment to our business account, but more charges are required to pay.
3. Since you made the payment successfully, you can send us the Reference NO or MTCN.

Shipping
1. We aim to process your order ASAP. Most orders are shipped within 2 days following payment approval.
2. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged packages or other issue due to the shipping service.

Warranty
Warranty is available based on the following points:
We accept items exchange on condition that
a) Quantity not sufficient or Items not matched.
b) Used or quality defect.

Warranty Does Not Include:
1. Advice about product's configuration.
2. Software or firmware update as it would void warranty.
3. Beyond 45 days after the goods sent out.
4. Broken because of shipping.
5. Natural disasters, man-made damage, non-professional demolition, maintenance errors.

Return Policy
1. Based on the item being returned, all returned products must be 100% complete.
2. Defective items must be returned to Depot within ten (10) business days of receipt of the product.
3. Customer is responsible for freight costs associated with returned products.
4. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
