Spool wire is one special packing of the galvanized wires.
Galvanized wire is widely used in different fields, for example construction, handicraft, weaving wire mesh, protective guard for the freeway and so on.
There are two kinds of the galvanized wire with different craft of zinc coated: the hot dip galvanized and the electro galvanized.
Hot dipped galvanized: The surface of the wire is not so smooth and regular, and more zinc request in this craft, wires with hot dipped galvanized is more durable and antirust than the electric galvanized wire.
Electro galvanized: The surface of the wire is smooth and regular, and wire with electro galvanized is more shinning than hot dipped galvanized wire.
Process: Galvanized wire is made of high quality low carbon steel, with the craft drawing, pickling, annealing, zinc coated and cooling.
Zinc Rate: 50-300g/㎡ for hot dipped galvanized
12-18g/㎡ for electro galvanized
Tensile strength: 350-500N/mm2
Elongation Rate: 10%-25%
Packing: 0.1kg-500kg/spool
Management Certification: ISO 9000/9001/9004/19011: 2000
