Details of Hose Clamp:

1. The bandwith could be 8mm, 12.7mm and 14.2mm.

2. It' s with slotted band so not good to clamp soft pipes because of the slotted band.
if it used on soft pipes, it' s better to add one liner inside of the clamp. That' s to make
the band longer enough to cover the slotted parts.

3. Regarding the material, it could be divided as follows:
W1— The whole parts are zinc plated steel (housing, screw and band) .
W2--screw is galvanized steel, other parts are 201/301/304 stainless steel.
W4--all of the parts are 201/301/304 stainless steel.

 

The 14.2mm bandwidth can be used for the size from SAE 16# to 104#

According to the requirement of customers, other sizes and material are also available.
