The belts have the characteristics of low elongation in warp and good trough ability in weft, good water resistance, good wet strength, no mould is suitable for medium, long distance and heavy-load transportation of materials. Because of the high initial modulus of polyester, the belts can choose a relative low safety factor.
4. High Temperature, Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt
if the temperature is more than 60oC,the common conveyor belt performance will be affected and the use life will be also decreased rapidly. In such kind of application conditions, heat resistant conveyor belt is strongly recommended. It's especially suitable for the particles, powders and block material conveying such as sintering material, coke, cement in metallurgical, construction material industry.
