Autoclaved brick production line: Autoclaved brick choose sand and lime as raw material, after fine grinding, mixing and
stirring. For sand,  (SiO2) content should be high, high quality,  less impurity, but also emphasize grain composition. 
Lime should be fresh, high calcium low magnesium, CaO is no less than 60%, magnesium oxide is no more than 6%.
Autoclaved brick processThe raw materials sand, lime, water etc through  storage hopper, transportation equipment into
electronic batching measuring, then by conveying into dual axle mixer, adding waterfor mixing, the finished mixture into
warehouse digestion, then through wheel grinding machine or second dual axle mixing, through conveyor, put mixing
material on flat conveyor up the brick machine, at last, send to feed hopper of brick machine separately.
The machine adopted advanced MSZ160-8B rotary brick molding machine.
