The sand casting:

1.working from a complete mold like original one. And then making a hard shell with the  resin sand outside the surface
2. Now doing a hard inner mold, there is a gap between the hard shell and inner mold, which it’s the article’s thick.
3. When all dried, pour the molten copper into the gap, and allow it cool, it will concrete. Remove the mold and leaving an image of sculpture
4. After the final modified so as to achieve to the perfect.
5. sanding, and welding, polishing and chasing, patina on the surface

Investment casting

1. Work  from an original sculpture, put wax on a  silicon  mold evenly. After the wax cools, it is removed from the rubber mold leaving a highly detailed positive image of the sculpture. that is wax pattern. The wax is chased giving us a detailed wax pattern identical to the artists original.

2. Do  a structure frame inside of the wax pattern and pouring the  plaster  many times to form a hard inner shell.
3. By the similar way, doing a hard casting shell outside after finishing  the wax mould
4. Put them into the oven for roasting
5. Pour  the molten metal (bronze or stainless steel) into the shell and allow it to cool.
6. Finally, welding, grinding and polishing, and patina.

1. Mold making and wax pouring

3. Doing the shell
Put the wax pattern in the soluble glass container. Then stuccoing repeat several times ,to formed a hard casting shell.The wax pattern is fortified by an outer ceramic shell that becomes the final mold.
4. roasting
The shell is fired and the wax is "lost" (melted).
5. pouring
We pour the molten metal (bronze or stainless steel) into the shell and allow it to cool. And cut out the Joint flash
