Introduction
Circular vibrating screen is a kind of effective vibrating screen with multi-layers. It employs cylindrical eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block for adjusting amplitude. Characterized by its reliable structure, powerful exciter, high screening efficiency, low noise, simple maintenance, durable frame, and safe operation, it could also be applied to industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, and so on.
Features
1. Eccentric block is adopted to produce strong vibrating force.
2. Low stress damping spring makes low noise during working.
3. Ring-grooved rivet and special screen box frame are adopted.
4. Super heavy duty clearance bearing makes lower temperature and longer service life.
5. Xinhai wearable rubber screen improves wear resistance.
Application
The vibrating screens are mainly used in coal dressing, metallurgy, mine, power station, water conservancy project, building industry, light industry and chemical industry, etc.
Working principle
Circular vibrating screen produces vibrating force by vibrating generator; it makes screen body vibrate periodically according to vibrating direction. Materials are separated into various sizes according to different requests, and transported to specified places. Vibrating frequency can be adjusted by adjusting eccentric block.
