Y-JSG filling machine is researched and developed by professional and technical team of our company. The glue filling machine is equipped with 12 filling needles, two stoppering station, two screw capping station.
3. Working principle
The bottle unscrambler feed bottles into this machine, this machine consists of bottle conveying ,positioning system, filling device, feeding system for inner stopper and outer cap, capping system, electronic control parts, and other important components, etc. by the action of dividing disc positioning, the cam drive the needles to move up and down for filling.
