2 .Brief introduction

This union line is made up of Y-LX vertical ultrasonic washing machine-YH infrared sterilizing tunnel-KGZ filling and capping machine for oral liquid vial. It can finish procedures of ultrasonic washing, WFI washing, clean air flushing, drying and sterilizing, filling and capping.

3. Features

1) In washing machine, adopt mechanical grippers to clamp vials, suitable for many specification size vials.

2) Applied tracking type inserting needles into vials while spraying water or air. It has good washing effect and save WFI consumption.

3) The recycled water pipe and WFI pipe are separately installed, so there is no cross-contamination.

4) Add buffering block in front of the spiral-screw to prevent vials broken and protect spiral-screw.

5) Vial out-feeding section adopted cellular-belts to transfer vials, it is more stable and reliable.

6) In tunnel, used far-infrared heater and stainless steel heater double layer to heating, has excellent distribution of thermal, uniform temperature.

7) Stop filling if no vial, stop capping if no vial.

8) The whole machine equipped PLC control system, inverter and touch screen. So the line was stable and reliable when running. According to customers’ requirements, we can equip Siemens, Mitsubishi or Delta electrical components.
