General knowledge of Carbonizing Stove:

Carbonization Stove is used in the charcoal making line to carbonizing the dried bits of wood so as to improve the calorific value of the wood. Carbonization furnace for biomass charcoal which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time (from 24 hours to 6 hours), and shows the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, and energy saving. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization.

The stove doesn't have any spare parts since its principle depends on the fan. The core device is made of special thermal bricks, heat protection materials and metal exchangers. The life time of the furnace is 10 years. However, the fan shall be replaced each two year. Therefore, the spare parts of the furnace are not mentioned.

 

Functions and usage of the charcoal machinery (two kinds):
First Method:

1, Use the wood crusher to crush wood into sawdust;
2, Use the sawdust dryer to reduce the moisture content;
3, Use the Sawdust Forming Machine to press sawdust into stick;
4, Use the Carbonization Stove to make the wood stick into charcoal.
